Welcome to Synic. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Synic mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All media files you play, import, or manage through Synic remain your property. We do not host, modify, or share your content. The App does not upload personal content to external servers unless explicitly directed by you (e.g., cloud import/export).
Synic integrates with third-party services to enhance your music experience. These include:
Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Synic is not responsible for any data loss, access issues, or breaches caused by these providers.
Synic offers optional Premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or lifetime purchase. All transactions are handled through Apple’s App Store and governed by Apple’s terms of service.
Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All trademarks, branding, and UI elements within Synic are the intellectual property of the Synic Team. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app message. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
